From Glasgow,
Kentucky, take state highway 90 toward Cave City. Go
approximately 9 miles to Kentucky Highway 839, turn right,
go to second hardtop road (Barbour Road) and turn right

569. This town is very small and is the next
town after XXXXXX, Kentucky. Magnolia Town sign
are not posted or marked. Turn east on Kentucky
569 and be very careful in that the road has
many close sharp curves. A very sharp trun to
the right is required in order to stay on 569,
which then goes uphill and downhill in a
straight line. The Property is to your left as
you travel east. A very large “FOR SALE” sign is
posted on the property. This property has one 10
acre lot and other lots acreage vary as shown on
the sign Platt. Due to the lot sizes, these lots
were primarily meant for suburban houses,
however, manufactured doublewides will also fit
